Work-life balance

JT4 understands the importance of career stability while also taking time to relax and recharge. The company observes all federal holidays and provides all employees with a minimum of 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. Employees can accrue up to 5 weeks of PTO per year after meeting the necessary requirements for years of service.

I have been an employee of JT4 for over 5 years, and during my time here, I have had many amazing opportunities. I have had the privilege of working on two of the most lethal 5th generation fighter aircraft in operation today. I have also been able to grow and expand my knowledge by helping and learning from my colleagues. In addition to advancing my expertise, JT4 provided me with the financial resources that allowed me to earn my master’s degree. I am very thankful to JT4 for the continued support and opportunities.

We encourage collaboration between colleagues and annexes, which leads to innovative and efficient solutions for our customer. When employees have questions or need assistance with a solution, help is always within reach. 

We also encourage our employees to stay current and active in their fields through membership in professional associations. JT4 may reimburse membership fees for organizations such as the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA) and the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP), which directly benefit the employee and JT4 by providing valuable resources and experiences.
