JT4 understands the importance of career stability while also taking time to relax and recharge. The company observes all federal holidays and provides all employees with a minimum of 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. Employees can accrue up to 5 weeks of PTO per year after meeting the necessary requirements for years of service.

JT4 may reimburse membership fees for organizations such as the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA) and the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP), which directly benefit the employee and JT4 by providing valuable resources and experiences.
